Ingredients:
Rice flour, potato flour, tapioca starch, raising agents (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), sugar, emulsifiers (471(soy), 481), salt, modified maize starch (non-gmo), xanthan gum, carageenan, psyllium husks.
Traces:
Contains trace amounts of sulphites, which will remove during cooking process. Note: Soy lecithin is highly processed and unlikely to cause any problems for people with soy sensitivities.
